At The Big Quest Ion™, we want you to be chuffed with anything you get from us—whether it's a digital download, weird merch, or a moment of joy from supporting the chaos.

🔁 Digital Products (e.g. downloads, bonus content)

All sales of digital content are final. Once it’s in your hands (or hard drive), we can’t take it back—so no refunds, unless there's a technical error on our end. If you have trouble accessing what you paid for, email us at [Insert email] and we’ll sort you out.

👕 Physical Merchandise

We accept returns or exchanges for damaged or incorrect items. Let us know within 14 days of receiving it, with a photo if possible. We’ll replace it or refund you.

Buyer's remorse or wrong sizes don't qualify—so choose wisely, fellow Questers.

💸 Patreon / Subscriptions

Monthly support via Patreon or similar platforms is non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime.
